Capable of carrying 2400 passengers, the Norwegian Jade has a crew of 1100 which means there is basically one crew member to attend to the needs of every two passengers. In this way you are assured of receiving individualized attention. There are 10 restaurants featuring the cuisine of the major cities of the world and 10 bars and lounges where you can relax with a drink during the day or night. With the freestyle cruising experience, you do not have assigned seating in the dining room and the dress code is casual. Families have the ultimate experience in interconnecting staterooms and organized activities for the children.

Speedy and efficient embarkation and disembarkation in Malaga, comfortable balcony cabin on Deck 9, bathroom ok but toilet area could be a bit tight for a larger person, very good steward (Dinesh). My husband and children and I have just returned from a cruise of the Canaries where we had a fabulous time for the whole 9 days. We stayed a couple of days in Barcelona before the cruise which we were really looking forward to and we were not disappointed. We flew from Manchester aboard an NCL arranged regional flight with Monarch which kept to time and the disabled assistance to the port again arranged by NCL worked perfectly. We had done this cruise 2 years before again on the Jade and I was suprised to see how immaculatey the ship had been maintained.
