The Norwegian Dawn is truly a magnificent cruise ship with 13 restaurants, nine bars and lounges, a fitness centre extraordinaire, three pools and a casino. This ship is one that you would love to live on year round. Boasting luxury at its finest with suites and villas as part of the line up of accommodations, you could have your own floating home. Pampering the passengers is the name of the game on this ship of the Norwegian Cruise Line from having your own butler to unpack your luggage to 24-hour room service and meals to die in any restaurant on the ship.

Good: The ship was immaculate. The shore excursion staff did an exceptional job in difficult circumstances involving tender limitations. The children loved the children's program and the pools. The cabin was fine for its catagory and well maintained. Public areas appeared to be in good shape. Entertainment staff was good. Mediocre: Service was inconsistent and sometimes indifferent. Poo.... SHIP – I heard a number of people complaining about the state of the ship and that they wouldn’t be returning. One guy’s shower door fell on him the first time he took a shower. EXCURSIONS – we went on the Cayo Levantado and Catamaran Sail excursion. Are you aware that the owners of the catamaran take you to “their” own dock for 30 minutes or so, so you feel....
