Your fitness needs are front and center when you book a cruise to the Bahamas on the Norwegian Sky. With so many delightful foods to choose from, you will have a difficult time avoiding the desserts and these can pack on the pounds. The walking and jogging tracks on Deck 6 provide you with the opportunity to get in your regular walk, but with a difference. This track encircles the ship so that you have an exceptional view in all directions – so much so that you may find yourself walking longer distances than you originally intended.

Enjoy the pampering of a lifetime at the Body Waves spa featuring specialty spa and massage treatments. You do need to make reservations for these services and they do cost extra, but are well worth the price. A hot stone massage, for example, will be the thrill of a lifetime with the hot stones relaxing those muscles without having to be manipulated by a therapist. Teeth whitening and acupuncture is also available as well as many other services found in a full spa on land.



The Body Waves fitness center features a full line up of exercise equipment and since it is open 24 hours you are free to use it at any time. Here you will find rowing machines, stairmasters, stationary bicycles and more. Take part in aerobics, spinning and exercise classes for an extra fee.

You won’t lose your golf ball when you practice your swing on the Norwegian Sky. There are two golf driving nets located on Deck 12. You don’t need to bring your golf clubs with you to enjoy this experience because you can borrow them from the Reception Desk. At the outdoor basketball/beach volleyball court, also on Deck 12, you can play a game or watch those who are enjoying themselves in this way. You will also find a batting cage and a shuffleboard court on this deck.

The Norwegian Sky features two swimming pools – one for adults and another for families where you can get your daily exercise with a few laps around the pool. This is a great way to start off your day, but you will certainly be spending a portion of every day in this location.
