I thought that the port was lovely. I have never been to Australia before and although it was incredibly warm it was also incredibly enjoyable. Life is so different there..... |

Good: The ship was immaculate. The shore excursion staff did an exceptional job in difficult circumstances involving tender limitations. The children loved the children's program and the pools. The cabin was fine for its catagory and well maintained. Public areas appeared to be in good shape. Entertainment staff was good.
Mediocre: Service was inconsistent and sometimes indifferent.
Poo.... 
Last year my girlfriend and two of our friends went on this cruise. We had a misconception that cruises were for old people. This is NOT the case - there were plenty of people our age to socialise with, and we made plenty of friends.
There is a fabulous selection of asain food aboard this ship, if you do not like asain food, there are many other options such as the Four Seasons restaurant..... 
Our cabin was an outside cabin and it was one of the newly reburbished ones as the bathroom was very big, compared to other cruise ships we have travelled on. Restaurants and cafe's are varied and excellent. Usually alchohol is expensive on cruises but I found it rather affordable.....
